The Gold Bottle is designed to verify the calibration and operational repeatability of manual or automatic torque tester for beverage closures.

The bottle is constructed using high energy permanent magnets and heavy duty ball bearings to ensure the long-term durability of this standard calibration. Each Gold Bottle is labeled with its exact torque rating and is supplied with a certificate of calibration and traceability.

OPERATION 

- The Gold Bottle is configured in the shape of a beverage bottles for ease of fit into standard torque tester bottle closures. 
- It is supplied typically with an original cap that can be used in users bottling facility.
- The device is fit as a standard beverage bottle, allowing fit into torque testers. 
- The closure head is safely turned, for ease of opening top. 
- The device can be used as a handy torque tester, a quick solution that checks torque testing instruments
- A training device to perform the optimal operation of manual torque testers.
