Steinfurth-Retrofit-Set for CO2-Gehaltemeter
|
The Steinfurth CO2 manometer has been developed to determine the CO2 concentration in beverages based on pressure and temperature measurement.
It works based on Henry’s and Dalton’s law, according to which the CO2 concentration can be calculated from the pressure and temperature (using a beverage specific formula).
The conversion kit consists mainly of a battery operated CO2 manometer with pressure and temperature sensors are built into the Gehaltemeter instead of the ordinary analogue manometer.
From pressure and temperature, the digital manometer automatically calculates the CO2 concentration of the sample.
The measuring electronics work with an accuracy of +/-0.02 bars for the pressure and +/-0.3°C for the temperature.
An additional rubber protection is build together with the retrofit-kit into the Gehaltemeter housing.
